GL zinc pot temperature control
1,Zinc temperature normally control between 600-610ºC, when zinc pot temperature lower than 595ºC, alloy liquid occurs "solidification" phenomenon.
2,When strip entering pot temperature is 30-40 ºC lower than zinc pot, e.g. 560-590ºC. In order to maintain zinc pot process temperature, inductor may work in high power mode.
3,Galvalume Zinc Pot's inner
4 corners shall be arc shape of R600, which is beneficial for zinc liquid flow, heat transfer, and to avoid dead corner, and also good for temperature and composition uniform.
