It is especially designed for recycled waste paper pulp and fiber ,according to their length , and pulp stock screening.It has the advantage of lower energy consumption, according for only lessthan 1/3 of the traditional grading screen, strong fiber grading power and high efficiency of removal of impurities.

Application:
It can be used as paper stock screening equipment before paper machine or fine screening in pulp production system.
Design features:
Impurities in the outside of the screen cylinder and get rid of the screen cylinder in the centrifugal force generated by rotor's rotation,which lessen the abrasion of the screen cylinder and prolong its life.
Separate the impurities from the fiber in good effect to avoid block of the screen slot in the condition of proper flow and low pulsing force.
Its performance can promote the paper machine to be in proper running with less broken paper.
Great through put with more long fiber ,lower power consumption,high screening efficiency
with less rejects.
