1. ZSJF-MP-1.6 pressure relief valve is designed according to GB/T5135.17-2011 "Automatic Sprinkler System Part 17: Pressure Relief Valve" standard. The inlet pressure is reduced to a certain required outlet pressure by adjusting valve flap, and the outlet pressure is automatically kept stable by relying on the energy of the medium itself. It is widely used in high-rise buildings, areas with high water pressure in urban water supply networks, mines and other occasions to ensure that each water point in the water supply system obtains appropriate service water pressure and flow.
2. When the valve feeds water from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle valve into the control room of the main valve, and the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the conduit. The pilot valve closes when the outlet pressure is higher than the pilot valve spring setting. When the control room stops draining water, the pressure in the main valve control room rises and the main valve is closed, and the outlet pressure no longer rises.
3. When the valve outlet pressure drops to the set pressure of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve opens and the control room drains water downstream. Since the displacement of the pilot valve system is greater than the intake of the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control room drops and the inlet pressure opens the main valve. In a stable state, the control room has the same inlet and outlet water, the opening of the main valve is unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable.
