Machines Introduce:
1.Main drive is stepless variable drive output (frequency conversion + servo) (frequency conversion + servo), low energy consumption and high output; it has the advantages of stable rotation speed, high synchronization performance and long service life;
2.The glass conveying method adopts the roller structure of the rubber roller, the whole parts is stability, glass processing speed is improved, which ensure glass stable during processing.
3.Man-machine interface touch operation, PLC control, servo motor control, multi-axis linkage, automatic recognition of glass size.
4.The glass processing speed can reach 1-30 m/min; glass with different specifications and sizes can be continuously loaded, without manual adjustment of positioning and waiting.
5.All grinding parts and water contact parts are made of stainless steel.
6. Automatic loading machine and unloading machine can be as optional part.
