Actually, we are handling many furnitures made of lots of materials, such as wood, plastic, metal,etc. The main furnitues include outdoor rattan set, outdoor wooden set, chiavari chair, banquet tables and relax chairs.
3. What the main markets that you are supply for these furnitures?
Different products have different markets, but we aim for mainly Europe and America markets with large volumes.
4. Could you list the markets for each different furnitures?
Generally, picnic table for England, garden set for Germany, England, France, Spain, Italy, USA and Canada. Plastic chair for France, Spain, Italy, while relax chairs for Germany, France, Spain, Turkey, etc.
5. What is your delivery term for thest goods?
FOB takes over most part, some CIF and CFR. For America customers, we use CIF most of time. For Europe, FOB is best.
6. What is the payment terms for your company?
L/C at sight and T/T are the most used, if possible, some different ones will be available.
7. What is the lead time for every lot of goods?
Generally, 35 days for first order and 25 days for repeat orders, this is only for less than 5 pcs 40ft containers. We shall check it if more than 5 pcs 40ft container for every lot.
8. What is your warranty for the goods you delivered?
To be honest, we keep our promise for 2 or 3 years limited warranty for the goods that we supplyed for every customer.
