A3: Around 15-35days when we get your order confirmation and the agreed deposit.

A4: We always here to work with you and offer 3 years warranty on frame and suspension, and 1 years against defects in materials and workmanship for all other elements.

Q5: Can you OEM or ODM?

A5: Yes, customize product is available in our factory. Please send your design picture to us, then our professional designers engineers will look into it and see what we can do.

Q6: Can I order sample? Are they free of charge?
