Production process

In 2016 we moved to the new building with our new name. We are larger than before.

Located in Guangzhou city, our factory is including 20000 square meters. Production Capacity is

50000 sets of desk and chair monthly. Our company has RMB50,000,000.00 registered capital.

Currently employing 100 personnel and having more than 30 production facilities.

We have separate workshops engaged in blanking, pressing, welding, polishing, bonderizing,

electrostatic painting, general assembly , final packaging and woodworking. We have advanced

manufacture facilities and a strong technological team.

1.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there ?
A: Hongzhou Furniture is located in Yuzhen Village,Paitan Town,Zengcheng District,Guangzhou. It takes around 1 hour from Guangzhou Baiyun In ternational Airport to our factory.

2.Q: Do you have showroom ?
A: Yes, We have a 1,000 square meter showroom in factory. There is an extensive range of classroom student desk and chair, kindergarten furniture, writing board and dormitory steel bunk bed, some of models are not shown there cause wide range of design. And you can also see mass productions in our workshop.

3.Q: MOQ ?
A: 200sets.

4.Q: Do you have your own export license ?
A: Yes, we have.

5.Q: How does your factory do regarding the quality control ?
A: Quality is priority. We will check whether the previous process is qualified in the later process. Also, when installing and packing, our director and workers will check and clean carefully the products.

6.Q: Can I order one set as sample first ?
A: Yes, sure can provide sample before order /confirm/ied. But you need to pay double sample fee and the courier charge yourself.

7.Q: Can you arrange the shipment to our country ?
A: Yes, just kindly advise us your destination port.

8.Q:Can you offer customized product service ?
A: Yes, customize product is available in our factory. We have our own technological and design team to study the new item. Send your design pictures or idea to us, let us know your requirement.
