1. Equipment description:

This unit uses polypropylene PP special material to be plasticized and enter the melt-blown die head flow channel. After being evenly distributed, it enters the spinneret. The most critical layer of filter material.

Production principle of meltblown cloth:

Using hot air spray, hot polypropylene is extruded from the fine holes of the nozzle of the spinneret to make it extend in a fibrous shape, and then gathered on a conveyor belt to form a fiber web according to its self-welding property. Many small nozzles are arranged on the spinneret, with a diameter of only 0.15mm. The molten polypropylene flow from the nozzle is extended by a high-speed air flow and concentrated on a moving conveyor belt to obtain a melt-blown cloth.
