Q1:What's the MOQ? Can I order less than MOQ?
A:Usually the MOQ is 300pcs (support logo customization) .
If you want the smaller quantity than the MOQ,
the prices have to be raised due to the printing cost.

Q2:How to get your samples?
A:Yes, we will send you sample for quality testing.
But you need to afford the sample and freight cost,
and the charge will be returned back when you place order .

Q3: What is the lead time if I place an order?
A:Usually it needs 1-7days to prepare the sample.
Completing the bulk production needs 15-30 days .
The exact productiontime depends on your order .

Q4:What's the payment term?
A:Usually we ask for 30% T/T deposit in advance,
and 70% T/T balance before shipment.
We can also accept L/C etc

Q5: about the shipping information.
Can we use our own shipping agent?
A:Sure, you can. We cooperated with many forwarders,
if you need,we can recommend some forwarders to you
and you can compare the prices and service.

Q6: How to guarantee the quality?
A:Our production is always to follow ISO9001:2008 strictly.
And our products are designed and inspected according
to GB18401-2010 standard.We have responsibility to ensure
each delivery is on our strictest inspection.

Q7: How about the shipping?
A:For small orders,we will send he goods by international
express like FedEx,DHL,UPS etc,usually it takes 3-7
workdays to arrive.It's a little expensive.If the order
quantity is large,we will ship by sea and arrival time
depends on different regions. If urgent,you could select
transport by air,but freight charge will be high.
