Pre-shipment Inspection:

3. Take teaching video, labeling effect video and pictures.

4. Touch screen and manual book all in English.

5. We can arrange for engineers door to door to install machinery and teaching, but, air tickets, hotel fees and meals belong to the buyer.

After-sale services

1. Warranty: One year, from the date of completion of the commissioning

2. We will give some spare part of easy damaged.

3. If components were damaged in guarantee period, we shall give spare part freely for changing, if the components were damaged beyond guarantee period, we shall supply the spare part at factory cost price. The related courier fees will be responsible to the buyer.

4. We provide the lifelong maintenance service. (Commissioning fee plus flight tickets, hotel and meals fee are all at buyer’s account.)
