Raw materials loading proces

Most disposable medical mask in the market is made of 3-5 layers of fabric , and obviously our mask
machine can make 4 layers of fabric , because it has four fabric rack.

Loading sequence

Varies fabrics pass through respective fabric supports,enter from the cloth shelf , after several fabrics are
stacked , into the fabric hem , finally pass through main body process .

Mask main body treatment process

1.After laminating the fabric and the bridge of the nose, after the cutting process, the bridge of the bridge is first cut to a
fixed length, and then put into the folded fabric;
2. After the ultrasonic hot pressing station, embossing the sides and front and back of the folded fabric;
3.After the mask is intercepted in stages, the fabric is cut according to a fixed length to become the mask body.

Main material distribution process

1.mask body enter distribution from previous process and distribute material to two conveyors separately;
2.When passing through the conveyor belt,the masking theme is turned over by the turning mechanism to continue to the next process

about earband

1.The mask body is transported from the previous process to the feeding point, and follows the stepping conveyor line;
2.Weld the earband to the mask body through the earband welding mechanism;
3.Fold the earband inward through the earband folding mechanism;
4.The completed masks enter the palletizing mechanism, and then each 10 pallets are placed on the unloading conveyor belt, and
then manually removed.
