1. How can I place an order?

Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

We will send you sample box within 7 working days after we making sure box details(color,logo,size,structure,surface finishing and quantity) and receive sample cost.

3. What kind of files do you accept for printing?

AI, CDR forms.

4. What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Alway 12-20 working days

5.What's the shipping method?

1) For small orders , we will use the international express , such as DHL , UPS , TNT , Fedex etc .

2) For big orders ,we can ship the goods by air or by sea.

6. What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
