Purpose: Use all kinds of welding wires to weld the gaps by hot melt. The gaps in the floor are welded by heat to create a clean effect, prevent water and dust from penetrating into the joints, and prevent the growth of bacteria.

APPLICATION

Welding Beads are ideal in areas that have stringent requirements for added hygiene, including operating theaters, laboratories, clean rooms and other areas subjected to continual and extensive wet cleaning.

With a special welding technique Vinyl flooring can be made watertight and hygienic, all kinds of coving, inner and outer corners can be achieved and invisibly welded. ESD tile can be pre-grooved at the factory for easy installation with seam welding bead to create a functionally and aesthetically seamless waterproof floor. Available to match all ESD vinyl colors.

INSTALLATION

1. After cleaning the floor, apply sealant on the dry interface;
2. After the glue is completely solidified, use a slotting knife to make a U-shaped groove with a depth of about 3/4;
3. Use the welding torch to melt the welding rod and seal the weld;
4. After the welding interface is completely cooled, use a surface spatula (curved knife plus butterfly blade) to shovel the protruding part;
5. Use the curved knife again to do the second parallel cutting and then polish it.
