1.In normal outdoor condition, the life span of aluminium frame is more than 5 years, the covers can be more than 3 years.
2.The warranty period is one years for quality issues. But consuming parts (screw, bolts,nuts,ect ) are not included.

1. Could I have prices of your products?
The price of tent depends on the detailed size. So please provide the width, length and eave height of the tent you want, so that we can calculate the exact price for you.
2. Does the tent consist of independent sections?
Yes, the whole tent is combined by sections. Regular section bay is 3m and 5m. You can increase or reduce the total leng by connectiong different numbers of the sections.
3. What's the lead time for regular order?
15-20 days for order quantity lower than 800sqm; For more quantity, usually 30 days.
4. Can I get a discount?
The price normally valid for one month due to the changing cost of raw material in China.
5. Do you inspect the finished products?
Yes, we will install one section of the tent foe test before delivery.
