1250D is Sunup's truck and engineering vehicle tire mold EDM machine.
It is mainly a special EDM machine for truck, bus and engineering vehicle tire molds. It is suitable for segmented tire molds and two-pieces tire molds with a diameter of less than 1900mm. The machine table has a disc box design with high stability and high precision. The column is tilted by 15 degrees to make the EDM iron pin better. The spindle head is small in size, and the spindle head can be processed into a tire mold cavity having a diameter of 600 mm or more. The 1250D oil tank can be lifted and lowered, and the tire mold diameter of 600mm or more can achieve oil immersion processing, which is not easy to catch fire and improve safety. At the same time, the oil immersion processing makes the surface finish of the EDM process better.
The 1250D tire mold EDM machine has high precision and can carry a mold weight of up to 3,500 kg. It is a tool for processing tires with a diameter of less than 1900 mm.
