Production flow

6. roll the tank housing with furing plate round machine
7. spot welding
8. using cleaning material to wash the burner screen
9. power coating for steel parts and drawbenching, polishing for stainless steel material
10.combustion testing (twice ) before packing

QC of Burner testing
Step One:
Test the thermocouple, ignition wire, copper valve, pilot igniton tube , anti-tilt switch and so on ensure the quality of burner's funtion well. No failure for ignition.seline;">Step Two:
After the stainless flame screen assembled, test the flame and piezo igniton again.
Step Three:
Gas leak detection after the burner connect the gas supply pipe.
