Product Application
Our 3D filament extruder machine has three types:

1.FLD-25 lab machine (like pictures) capacity:1-2kg/h


2.FLD-35 bigger than the lad machine capacity:5-8kg/h

3.FLD-45 the biggest 3D printing filament extruder machine capacity:15-20kg/h

Filament Size(diameter):1.75mm 2.85mm 3mm.

Product Material:PLA,ABS,PETG,TPU,PEEK,etc.

This is a laboratory all-in-one machine for the production of 3D printed filaments. This equipment realizes one-step forming from extrusion to winding. It is the machine of choice for many schools and research laboratories.

This is a production line for formal production with a capacity of up to 25kg per hour. The production of this line is stable, and the whole process is closed-loop controlled, without manual operation. Independent winder, switch between two plates, maximize output.
This is a mini laboratory production line with a total length of only 3.5m. The appearance is compact and easy to operate. It is the first choice for 3D filament research in some small laboratories.
