Intelligent zedcontrol system provides the crusher with a set of overload protection system. When the iron falls into the crushing chamber, crusher can deal with it by itself in a safe way, and therefore ensure its safe running and the safety of the operator.
The supporting structure of our cone crusher makes the up-down adjustment and movement of the main shaft assembly very simple. Inner Construction and Features
1.Manganese cone liners prolong service life
2.Over-load protection. Large models HC-870 and HC-880 is equipped with priority valve. Other models are equipped with accumulator.
3.Auto-lubricated seal ring helps to avoid entering dust.
4.The liner plate of bottom shell arms is made of alloy steel.
5. Quiet operation and long life thanks to hard bevel gear.
6. Final output size and processing capacity can be optimized by adjusting the crushing chambers and cylinders.
7. Large feed opening. The two top shell arms are protected against wearing by robust liners plates of special alloy steel.
8. Main shaft is protected by replaceable bushing and inner head nut.
9. Standard design of crushing chamber maintains the consistency of feed opening throughout the entire life of the liner plates.
10. Easy adjustment of gear backlash.
11. Robust design of the pinion shaft assembly. The pinion shaft and its bearings are built as a single unit which can be directly removed without taking the crusher apart.

LubricationA. The function of lubrication and hydraulic adjustment has been designed to be in a single unit. B. The lubrication system is composed of the main shaft lubrication and pinion shaft lubrication, which are supported by separate oil pump. The temperature and flux is in fully control, which ensure the crusher to work under permitted condition. C. The hydraulic system adjusts the position of main shaft.
