1.Rubber planer comes into factory inspection, and loads on the base horizontally.
2.It needs to remove the anti-rust grease from the exposed surface, and to check whether the parts and appliances of rubber planer are loose or damaged due to shipping.
3.Connect power supply and security ground line,Note that the motor should be in the same direction as the arrow on the belt wheel.
4.Check the comfort of the triangle belt, if it is not suitable, open the back cover to adiust the backside nut of the motor base and the seat.
5. Before driving the rubber planer, adding oil lubrication to the filling position, the transmisson gear is coated with a small amount of hard grease. Note that the upper feed shaft and the down feed shaft should not be attached to oil stain, and then adjust the handwheel to check whether the departments are operating flexibly.
6. Inadition to adding lubrication oil regularly, it is important to keep the rubber planer clean. Pay attention to maintaining and operating safety.(Do not wear gloves and use hand to pull to help feed).
