Brief Introduction to the Product
BRF series hot-air furnaces are new efficient coal-burning hot-air furnaces, which are mainly applied in large-sized and medium thermal dry heat sources and especially applicable for spray drying, granulation drying, pneumatic drying, fluidized drying, tower drying, tunnel drying, rotating drum drying, etc. They are the main devices for coal mines, greenhouse heating and livestock raising warming. And they are mainly applied in industries like the chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, medicine, food processing, agricultural production, etc.The hot-air furnace outputs clean hot air with the constant temperature heated by the heat exchanger, and the hot air has no pollution toward products to be dried. According to different requirements of products to be dried, the temperature of the hot air is adjustable between 0ºC to 550ºC.The hot-air furnace consists of a combustion furnace and a heat exchanger and uses the separated structure. It can effectively control the temperature of the hot smoke coming into the heat exchanger, prolongs the service life of the heat exchanger and makes operation of the hot-air furnace efficient, environment-friendly, safe and reliable.
When the hot-air furnace operates, the coal layer fully combusts in the combustion furnace and generates hot smoke. Hot smoke goes into the heat exchanger and exchanges heat with the heat exchanger. The tail gas goes through the duster and is emitted through the chimney by the induced-draft fan.The clean air needed by dry heating is sent into the heat exchanger by the blower of the heat exchanger, finishes the heat exchange process by going through the low temperature plugin tube to the high temperature jet tube, and is finally outputted through the hot-air outlet by the heat exchanger.Characteristics of the Device
