Description of metal shredder:

Specially designed for shreddeing waste metal material(whole car,steel, aluminum,steel wire,cooper wire.,etc);metal crusher machine is designed to be low speed, high torgue operation miniminze the noise and power consumption whist high throughput rates.

This kind of metal shredder machine have equipped with blades made from best quality alloy such as 42CrMo,D2, etc and heatreated by Bodycote for ideal shredding performance. All theblades thinkness for shredder machines ranges from 25mm-152mm depending on different feeding material type , output size and final product.The capacity of one Shredder machine is 5t-30t per hour while outputing 100-250mm scraps.

2. MS series metal shredder is a wariety of low-speed, high-torque shredders for volume reduction and recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal materials.
3. Can process Scrap car, Sheet metal waste, metal drums(whole, compressed, with or without content). Sprues from pressure die casting. Punching scrap, Aluminium scrap, metal cutting and shavings (loose or compressed).
4. Extremely durable and easily-replacing knife which result in giving the input metal clean and quick shred
5. The unique structure of the knives in this machine can provide over hundreds of thousand tons working life. And the knives can be replaced partly to save maintenance time and cost for our customer
