Feature
-Formwork panel can be retracted back 60cm from the concrete wall which provide enough space for formwork cleaning and anchoring point preparation. Formwork panels and climbing brackets are preassembled one time and can be reused many times.formwork and platform is integrity lifted to new position.-CF220 climbing formwork is safely anchored on concrete structure during the whole construction process, and provide orient safety work space for concrete pouring, formwork adjustment and structure surface repairmen. Safety access among different level's platform is prepared with customized Ladders.-CF220 climbing formwork could be adjusted forward, backward, left side and right side, structure shape can be maximally guaranteed. Pre-assemble formwork improve site installation precision.-One climbing unit will only consume 2anchors each casting step (one unit is composed of 2climbing brackets), and plywood could possible to be reused 30 times with properly operation. Damage ration will be greatly reduced as formwork system will not to be lifted between ground and construction section.Application Scope
CF220 climbing formwork system mainly applied in piers, TV tower, LNG tank, NPP containment, NPP plant and shearing wall of high-rise building etc.
important Note
- Climbing formwork need to be assembled strictly according to design drawings and permitted assembling tolerance is ±5mm.- Position cone need to be embedded perpendicular to concrete surface, max. permitted angle deviation is 2°.- Anchor parts embedded deviation in horizontal and vertical position should be less than ±10mm.-Anchor rod need to be bind with iron wire or steel bar to avoid displacement or dropping off during concrete pouring.-Sling need to be fixed to vertical waler when lifting climbing formwork unit, hoist ring of the panel is forbidden to be attached as lifting point.Our Services
