High-low Voltage Current Transformer Ratio Tester is a new electric checking device for high voltage measurement users. It is able to test the ratio and polarity of measurement device electric transformer with voltage of 35KV or less under the condition of not stop electricity and not change wire connection. So that it is able to effectively avoid high voltage measurement users changing the current transformer or changing its nameplate or changing polarity of second wire with the purpose to use electricity illegally.

1. Able to test ratio, polarity and phase of high-low voltage current transformer with voltage of 35KV or less;
