We have professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images.
5)Q: What's the trade term and payement term?
30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal &Cash. Can
be negotiated.
6)Q:May ihave new sample made with my design for /confirm/iation?
Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for /confirm/iation.
7)Q: What about the lead time?
It depends on the products. Normally 5to 7workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
8)Q: How can iknow if my goods have been shipped?
Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.
9)Q: What shipping method can ichoose? How about the shipping time of each option?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3to 5workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
