a. How to inquire/order?
Please send us email with picture of item what you want, the quantity, logo color, etc. The more detailed, the better. Then we will offer in details within 12 hours
b. Can we order products in pantone color?
Generally, there is MOQ for each item, if order quantity is over MOQ, we welcome pantone color without extra charge.
c. How to ship order?
Before we finish production, we will provide accurate packing information to you. You can ask your forwarder agent to get in touch with us, we will assist them to arrange delivery safely; Or you can use our agent which is professional and reliable. What is more, we can get good price in discount for you from courier agent if you need express door to door as DHL/UPS.
d. What is the guarantee?
We have persons in charge during each step of production,controlling printing while process, and inspecting before pack goods into export cartons.Take ball pen for example, we guarantee the service time will be more than 24 months after delivery, specially for the refills.
