To meet with the technical requirements of GB19083-2003 "medical protective mask" standard, the important technical indicators include non oily particle filter efficiency and airflow resistance:
(1) the filtration efficiency:under the conditionsin the air flow (85 + 2) l / min, the flitration efficiency of diameter (0.24 + 0.06) M sodium chloride aerosol in median aerodynamicshould not be less than 95%, which meet the N95 or FFP2 and above grade.
(2) inspiratory resistance: in the conditions above, the inspiratory resistance is no more than 343.2Pa (35mmH2O).
2.Medical surgical mask
To meet with the technical requirements of YY 0469-2004 "medical protective mask" standard, important technical indicators include filtration efficiency, bacterial filtration efficiency and respiratory resistance:
(1) filtration efficiency: in the air flow (30 + 2) L/min, the filtration efficiency of diameter (0.24 + 0.06) M sodium chloride aerosol in median aerodynamicis no less than 30%;
(2) bacterial filtration efficiency: in the specified conditions,the filtration efficiency of the average diameter (3 + 0.3) m Staphylococcus aureus aerosol is no less than 95%;
(3) respiratory resistance: in the conditions of filtration efficiency flow, the inspiratory resistance is no more than 49Pa; expiratory resistance no more than 29.4Pa.
3.General medical mask
Complying with the relevant registration product standards (YZB), it does not have requirements offiltration efficiency ofparticles and bacteria.In other words,its requirement of the filtration efficiency of particles and bacteria is lower than medical surgical masks and medical masks.Please contact us for more details.
