The production line realizes the full-automatic production of the plane mask, including the whole production process of feeding, folding and pressing, nose rib feeding, mask forming, cutting, ear band feeding, welding, finished product blanking, etc., from the raw material of the roll to the finished product of the mask.

According to the production requirements of 2~4 layers mask, 2~4 feeding places of roll
material are available for selection, folding &welding will be finished at one time.

The production line is divided into two parts to increase production capacity

The ear band is welded by ultrasonic, with good quality and durability.

In the electrical part, we mostly use Schneider and Siemens, and can accept the brand designated by customers

The normal package is wooden box. If export to foreign countries,the wooden box will be fumigated or use polywood case.

Yes, We have a mature technical team that can do turnkey engineering.

30% by TT as deposit, 70% by TT or LC at sight vefore delivery.
