2.Design for sanitation
(1)Thick stainless steel plates are used to make prefabricated platform modules through, which with a big gradient can be very easy to clean and discharge water out of the reservoir.
(2)A high-efficiency stainless steel axial flow blower is installed in the independent air cabin to generate an uniform air distribution and save more energy and make it easier to examine and repair the blower motor.
3.Energy conservation
(1).The defrosting time of the evaporator is about 20mins, which is nearly half of the others of the same type. The startup time of refrigerator daring defrosting is shorter
(2).The special designed blower can provide the most reasonable air volume and pressure with a minimum energy consumption.
(3) A small temperature difference design is applied to the evaporator of the spiral quick-freezing machine, which can easily freeze products with high quality and save much more energy compare with quick-freezing machines with the design of large temperature differece from other manufacturers.
4.Good performance, high reliability and simple maintenance.
5. The spiral conveyor belt of stainless steel or plastic steel is manufactured according to the American mesh belt standards.
6.Each set of the quick-freezing machine has been assembled and debugged in the factory before delivering and it is fairly easy and fat to install the equipment on site.
7.The drive motor in open installation is very easy to inspect, repair and maintain,
