FG-2 fluidized drier for labWorking principle:
1. Airflow enter into the main engine from the air intake,there is protective screen to prevent sungries and hand enter into the engine.
2. The airflow entered the main engine then pass the centrifugal fan,the temperature will be increased by passing through the heater,exhaust from the main engine finally.The airflow volume and temperature of the heater can be adjusted through the electrical control panel.
3. The airflow enter into the air hose after exhausted from the engine,The airflow direction and speed both changed at that time.
4. The airflow enter into the charging barrel after exhausted from air hose.There are stream guidance fan blade and filter screen at the bottom of the charging barrel so that can make sure the material form fluidized fluidization.
5. Finally,the moisture expel from the micropore of the cloth bag in steam vapor state and to finish the task of drying .
