WORKING PRINCIPAL
The materials are put on the belt evenly by the feeder. Belt generally adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh, dragged by gear in the dryer. Dryer consists of several units, each unit with independent hot air circulation; some tail gas is discharged by specializedwet exhaust fan; exhaust is controlled by valve; hot air goes through screen covered with materials from bottom to top or from top to bottom, completes the process of heat and mass transfer and takes away moisture from materials. Belt moves slowly, with running speed freely adjusted according to the material temperature. After being dried, the finished products continuously fall into collector. Upper and lower circulation unit can be flexibly equipped according to user's needs, so is the number of units.
