1.Main description:

This full servo plane face mask making machine is mainly composed of 1 set face mask making machine and 1 set face mask outer ear band machine, can automatically complete automatic folding, tipping, after the bridge of the nose strip fixed-length cutting, it is brought to tipping cloth into forming the mask itself, then through the conveyor belt conveys directly to the outer ear band machine. Using ultrasound to weld the mask into shape and automatic counting then discharge masks into the packaging process.

It includes material returning group, folding group, upper bridge group, fusing drawing group and discharging conveyor belt.

Face mask outer ear band machine:

It includes welding group, pull-belt scissors group, ultrasonic group, ear-turning group, discharging group, receiving and conveying line.
