Product Description ofASTM W1-1.0C Round Bar:

Application:

This kind of steel is generally delivered in the annealed state, or in the unannealed state according to the requirements of the buyer.The hardness of annealed steel, fracture structure, reticular carbide, pearlite structure, sample quenching hardness, quenching depth and depth of steel surface decarburization layer should be in accordance with the provisions of China's national standard GB1298.When there are reticulated carbide and lamellar pearlite in this kind of steel, it is easy to produce quenching deformation, cracking and uneven hardness, and reduce the abrasion resistance of the cutting tool, which is easy to cause blade breakage and reduce the service life of the cutting tool.
