Our induction heating machine are Available from 3KW to 1500KW deliverable output power with 0.5KHZ to 1.1MHZ operating frequency range.
All our products are divided into four major series according to the frequency:
Medium frequency series (abbr. MF series): 0.2-20KHZ
High frequency series (abbr. HF series): 30-100KHZ
Super audio frequency series (abbr. SF series): 8-40KHZ
Ultrahigh frequency series (abbr. UF series) : 100-1000KH

Features:1. All-solid-state IGBT frequency conversion and power adjustment, soft-switching responance dual-control and frequency automatic tracking technology is the reliability of guarantee. Module and soft switching inverting technologies are used in the production of the generator, higher reliability can be achieved;
2. Small size and portable, compared with SCR controlled machine, only 1/10 working space is needed, greatly reduce occupation space;
3. High efficiency and energy saving: A high power factor and power efficiency within the scope of full power.4. With wide frequency range from 1-20kHz automatic trackin ability, no need adjustment at scene.

Medium frequency filed force can stir the melting pool to achieve better melting quality.Melting the maximum quantity by the recommended machine according to above data, the first melting when the furnace is cold, and it will take 20minutes fo the preheating, when the furnace is already hot, the melting time is about 20-30minutes per furnace.
