Industrial Food Dehydrator Application:This drying oven is suitable for the material or the product hot solidification, drying de-watering in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, farming, side-product, aquatic product, light industries, heavy industry and so on. Such as: raw material medicine, crude drug, prepared herbal medicine of Chinese traditional medicine, plaster, power, particle, drinking agent, pill, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, de-watering vegetable, dried fruit piece, sausage, plastics, resin, electric component, baking varnish and etc.
Industrial Food Dehydrator Working principle: 1.For the heating source, there are many kinds: steam, electrical, far infrared or steam and electrical to be chosen.
2.The used temperatures to be used: steam heating 50-140°C, Max.150°C.
3.The moisture while using the electrical or temperature: 50-350°C.
4.There are the automatic control system and the computer control system for users' selection.
5.Commonly used steam pressure 0.02-0.08 Mpa(0.2-8kg/cm2)
6.If using the electrical heating and being type one, the calculation is 15kw, and the practical use is 5-8kw/h.

If you are not sure whether your raw material(vegetable/fruit/fish/meat.etc) is applicable for our dryer, you could tell me or delivery raw materials to us for testing(for free).Industrial Food Dehydrator Shipping&Packing:For smaller model( CT-C-IA,CT-C-I,CT-C-II), the machine will be packed in ply wooden case.
For larger model(CT-C-III,CT-C-IV), the machine will be packed with plastic film and put inside whole container directly.
