A: Firstly, we'll send you a questionnaire for getting your detailed requirements. Then we'll make a poject design and inform you the total budget. If order /confirm/ied, we'll sign contract to confirm all order details. After getting your deposit, we start to produce all equipments. After receiving balance payment, we delivery all equipments to customer place and we'll send engineers to make the installation and testing job.Q2: What' your payment term?
A: We need 30% as deposit to start production, and before delivery get the balance payment. For the installation and labor cost, after all installation and testing job finished, you pay us this cost.Q3: How do you ship all equipments?
A: We'll load all equipemnt parts into containers. When all parts arrived in cilent factory, we'll send engineers to go abroad to make the installation and testing job.Q4: What's your usual delivery time?
A: Usually our delivery time is around 30-45 days, basedon actual project design.Q5: Can we get more after sale service infuture?
