1.Automatic raw material feeding --metering -mixing system, accurate measurement to ensures proportion stability2.The Mixer is double -shaft, stable and convenient operation . Beside, the blade is only 3mm to the mixer wall so that can guarantee mixing even.End of shaft has four seal, no oil leakage, no slurry leakage , automatic oil filling maintenance.4.For big capacity, we will equip second mixer ,thefunction of second time mixer , one is to store the slurry, the other is to shorten the mixing time,so as to increase the production capacity, and the third is to prevent the slurry from solidifying and make the slurry more uniform.

Pumping System

1.We use the pump to cast the slurry into the mould car, in this way, the slurry will be more even
2.Reduce the bubble of the wall panel ,to make sure the flatness of both surface
3.to protect the integrity of the calcium silicate board, ensure the compactness on both sides of the panel
4.It can keep the working platform clear without wasted raw material.

Automatic Unloading Machine

After curing, automatically unloading the wall panel and stacking.
1.We have full automatic demoulding system to reduce the working strength, this is our patent technology, and it is very mature now.
2.Automatic pull out the panel and stack automatically. It can save the labor cost
