Vardenafil (INN) is a PDE5 inhibitor for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The indications and control instructions for vardenafil are the same as those of other PDE5 inhibitors; it is closely related to the function of citrate (Viagra) and cialis in sildenafil. The difference between vardenafil and sildenafil citrate is that the nitrogen atom has a different position and the change of piperazine ring methyl and ethyl in sildenafil. Tara is not structurally different from sildenafil and vardenafil. Vardenafil is relatively short effective, but has been extended compared to sildenafil.Vardenafil, like all PDE5 inhibitors, should not be used by men who use nitrates because the combination with vardenafil may trigger potentially life-threatening hypotension (hypotension).
