EVERLITE LED LIGHTING CO., LIMITED,
was established in 2008 in HK, at the same time Everlite invested its manufacturing facility (Ningbo Shishang Photoelectricity Technology Co., Ltd) in Ningbo City mainland China.
7 years later, Everlite have already famed itself in the Chinese LED lighting industry as one important force specialized in R&D and manufacturing outdoor lights for Urban cities, and technical lights for Industrial areas and public areas. Everlite manufacturing facility covers an area of 8000, and with about 100 working staff.
Within Everlite manufacturing facility, almost all the materials for outdoor lighting are made in house. We have completed die-casting machines from 250T to 1000T, semi-automatic electrostatic spraying line, lighting assembly line and aging testing lines. Everlite product lines are as following, led street lights, led post-top lanterns, led high bay lights, led floodlights, led projectors, and led bollards and wall lights, etc. Now Everlite have about 10 different models street lights, and 1 model led high bay light are approved by TUV SUD with CE, RoHS, GS, and CB certificates.
Besides the strong manufacturing capacity, Everlite has a very talented and experienced engineers. Those engineering team have more than 10 years working background in outdoor led lights, they are familiar with using different software, like UG, PROE, CAD, to do the industrial appearance, and structure design; also they can use very professional heat dissipation design software, like Flothrom; and professional optic design software, like Tracepro. They have very good knowledge on multiple and crossing science, like aero-dynamics, hydrodynamics, etc. Our engineering team are always focus on original design, we have launched to the market now three generation led street lights, all of them are now leading the outdoor street lights trend. With those original designed products, we registered more than 20 different patents in China, one of them are the invention patent of the glass COB LED Lens; also we have registered all our new products appearance patent in European Union.
With our strong manufacturing facility and our professional R&D team, we could help our clients to do ODM jobs. We have now successfully help our clients from Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Australia, Italy, Poland, Spain to design their own products, in those cooperation, we are not only working as the manufacturing, but we bring our know-how to our clients, and help them to finalize their own design, and finally our clients have special design products with their name on the products and specially suitable for their own markets.
