Detailed Information of DYZ series Centrifugal fan:1. The outer frame is machined with CNC machine tools with high precision and quick production. After the outer frame is coated, it is bent to prevent the bending machine from scratching the outer frame and damaging the zinc layer to prevent rusting. Use 275g/sqm hot galvanized iron, 1.0mm.
2. DYZ fan blade is special designed and produced and similar with MUNTERS. Diameter is 1270mm, 50inch. Made by NSDCC/304#/430# Stainless Steel. No deformation, no fracture, no rust, long service life.
3. The fan blade is fixed with ring rivet, not loose and not falling.
4.Fan blades are tested by dynamic-balance tester. Ensure the fan smooth running, lower vibration, less noise, increase stability.
5. Round frame made by 275g/sqm, 1.0mm iron and by special processed, no scratch, not easy to rust, long service life.
6. Belts are Japanese Mitsubishi brand.
Not easy to loose, long service life.
7. Centrifugal system open the shutters at complete 90 degree to ensure the lowest air resistance and biggest air volume.
8. Motor pulley made by aluminum, diameter is 108mm.
9. Both China famous motor and Siemens motor are available. Motor voltage and frequency can be customized.
10. Fan belt pulley and flange are made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting.
11. Motor plate made by 3.0mm iron or 2.0mm 304#SS.12.
