TYB series is based on Q/MT03-2013 "TYB series of mine explosion-proof three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor" design, and fully enclosed with self-cooling fan structure, as well as air cooling, IP55 protection class, F-class insulation and S1 work system, sharing the same mounting dimensions with YB3 series motor. The explosion-proof sign is 'Ex d I Mb'.
Products of TYB series are more efficient and have wider economical operation range with significant energy saving effect in 25% -120% load range relative to the same specifications of asynchronous motors. Under the rated load, the motor's temperature rise is in 30-50K.
This serieshas awarded conformity certificate of protection issued by national explosion-proof electrical product quality supervision and inspection center,mining safety certification mark issued by National Mine Product Safety Mark Center and production licence issued by the State Bureau of Quality Technical Supervision(CSBTS).
