Continue to first print (optional), then weld through the earband welding mechanism,labeling (optional), fold through the folding mechanism, then ultrasonically tilt the seal, and finally cut and shaped by the cutter roller; finally drop in sterile Transfer to the next sterilization process in the transfer basket

Instructions for use

  1. Manually place product materials on the rack;
2. The workers turn on the pressing rollers in order to put the raw materials into the line body;
3. The worker presses the equipment start button;
4. The equipment is automatically produced according to the set process;
5. Workers inspect the line to solve the problems encountered in the operation of the equipment in time;
6. The worker walks to the other side to replace the full material frame;
7. While waiting for the raw materials to be used up, the worker repeats the above operation process.
