Face mask machine is made of one set blank mask making machine + Turning device + Conveyor shunt + two sets of ear-loop welding system. After face mask formed, it is diverted and turned into the ear-loop welding machine and the ear-loop is welded and edged to complete the full automatic production of the entire mask.

The whole process only needs one person to operate, no longer need to put the film manually, which can reduce 2-3 manpower. The equipment is controlled by a PLC program, optical fiber detection, and anti-misalignment, making the machine more stable and easier to operate.
