Three, the use of fully sealed chemical protective clothing
1. Chemical protective clothing:
A) unzip all the zippers of the chemical suit and put your feet into the rubber boots;
B) backtop respirator (it must be a "schmitz" brand air respirator with a special air supply connection matching the first class chemical protective clothing of the fireman, otherwise compressed air will not be provided to the ventilation system of the first class chemical protective clothing of the fireman), and the mask shall be hung on the neck;
C) put the right arm into the sleeve, bend down and pull up the chemical suit with the left hand, put the air respirator into the backpack of the chemical suit, and then put the left hand into the sleeve;
D) insert one end of the special quick connector of chemical protective clothing on the distribution valve of chemical protective clothing, and connect the other end with the air breathing apparatus;
E) open the cylinder valve of the respirator, put on the mask and helmet of the respirator, and breathe naturally. Check that the air respirator should be intact and trouble-free. Put on the hood of the chemical suit and completely zip up the airtight zipper.
F) turn the ventilation distribution valve knob on the front of the chemical prevention suit clockwise to the maximum position, and quickly inflate the air into the chemical prevention suit for 1-2 minutes. To save compressed gas, turn distribution valve to middle position to close.
2, the use of chemical protective clothing after the treatment
Note: do not remove protective clothing before decontamination.
2.1 acid and alkali substances on the chemical protective clothing must be washed repeatedly with clean water, or the chemical protective clothing can be taken off after being washed under the leaching apparatus of neutralizing solution, in order to prevent the human body from being hurt by high concentration of chemicals in the process of taking off the chemical protective clothing.
2.2 unzip the air-tight zipper, take off the two sleeves and the hood, remove the quick connection of the ventilation system, remove the air breathing apparatus, and take off the chemical protective clothing.
2.3 wash with soapy water or 0.5~1% sodium carbonate solution according to the stolen goods, and remove acid and alkali substances, oil stains and other contaminants with alcohol. Da washed with water, hung on Yin ventilated place, both inside and outside to dry. Do not use dry cleaning methods for cleaning.
2.4 visual inspection and air tightness test shall be carried out for chemical protective clothing after drying. After passing the test, fold the chemical protective clothing and put it into the packaging box for the next use.
3. Precautions for use
* fully sealed chemical protective clothing must be used together with helmet and air breathing apparatus
* extreme care should be taken when in contact with cold liquid chemicals, such as chlorine, ammonia, hydrochloric acid or sulfur dioxide, as there is a risk of frostbite and brittle wear may occur.
* in the case of strong thermal radiation, chemical protective clothing should be used together with thermal protective clothing.
Maintenance of chemical protective clothing
1. Regular inspection
Fireman's first class chemical protective clothing should be inspected regularly, and the inspection period should not exceed 3 months.
2. Visual inspection
Appearance: no damage to the whole garment, no holes, no delamination of rubber layer, no scratches, emptying and opening of rubber boots.
3. Distribution valve: turn the distribution valve by hand, the valve body switch shall be flexible, and the large flow, quantitative and closed state shall work normally after the air source is connected.
4. Overall air tightness: close the exhaust valve of chemical protective clothing, spread the chemical protective clothing on the work table, and inject compressed air into the chemical protective clothing to make it slightly inflated. The pressure measured by the pressure gauge should be 1750Pa 50Pa (note that the pressure may damage the chemical protective clothing). If the pressure is reduced too much, should check out the cause of leakage and leakage of the place, you can use a brush dipped in soap and water coated in the surface of chemical protective clothing everywhere, or immersed in fresh water, see no bubble. Pay special attention to the zipper seal.
5. Replacement of gloves
Push the inner ring of the gloves into the sleeve of the chemical protective clothing. After the inner ring and outer ring are loosened, take out the existing gloves and put the gloves to be replaced on the inner ring.
6. Zipper maintenance
The zipper should be zipped up and down a few times. Apply the appropriate amount of liquid paraffin to the zipper and pull it up and down several times to lubricate it. Do not lubricate zippers with corrosive materials.
7. Preservation of chemical protective clothing
Chemical protective clothing should be stored in ventilated dark environment, storage temperature is 10 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃, relative humidity is not greater than 75%, avoid the sun, rain, prevent and affect the quality of material such as acid and alkali and organic solvent. Shall not touch with sharp substances
