The manual air valve can quickly remove the non condensable gas. The drain valve begins to enter the working state. The low temperature condensate flow into the drain valve, then the floating ball in the valve cavity rises and falls with the level of the condensate liquid, automatically adjusts the opening of the valve hole, and can discharge the condensate continuously (not intermittently). Because the valve seat hole of the free floating ball trap is always under the condensate level, the water seal is formed, the water vapor is separated naturally and the steam leakage is achieved when working. The ZUI small working pressure of the valve is 0.01Mpa, and it can work continuously from the 0.01Mpa to ZUI high working pressure range without the influence of temperature and working pressure fluctuation, and its ZUI is small supercooled. The degree is about 0 degrees C. Because the valve can automatically and continuously remove the condensate, there will be no water accumulation in the heating equipment.
