Beta-Carotene Powder 1% is a yellow to orange, free-flowing powder, manufactured withspray drying adopting the advanced microencapsulation technology. The individual particlescontaining beta-carotene are finely dispersed in Arabic gum and carbohydrates. Ascorbylpalmitate and dl-alpha-tocopherol are added as antioxidants.Application:As a coloring agent for food such as fast food, baking food, jelly, confectionery and dairy products.β-Carotenebeadlets10%β-Carotene Beadlet 10% consists of red or reddish-brown beadlets, with few white spots of food starch. The microencapsulated beadlets are manufactured with advanced spray and starch-catching drying technology.
