The friction block for cutting machine/Corrugated machine/faceris a rigid moulded product grey in colour utilising Kevlarfibres and a high percentage of brass chippings.TRH3031 offers excellentthermal resistance, compressionand exhibits outstanding stabilityunder heavy loads, at the same time maintaining a high resistance to wear.Applications: TRH3031 has been specifically designed for use onmedium to heavy duty industrial brake/clutch applications, especially gear tooth facings, mechanical drivers andany application requiring a high strengthlow wear material. TRH3031 also can be used in hydraulic oil, but the friction coefficient will be much lower than it is used in dry conditions.
Gear tooth facing only can be produced by mould.
