RYC-N95 Full Automatic Face Mask Machine
Introduction:
The RYC-N95 Mask making machine is a full-automatic folding mask production line (Typical models such as N95 masks). The equipment rolls the entire roll of material, and the multi-layer non-woven fabric roll is subjected to composite roll welding. After rolling and cutting to length, it is welded, and then the body is folded in half. After ultrasonic welding and fusion, the final mask is rolled and formed.
Main Structures of the machine:
1.The equipment is equipped with a maximum of 6 sets of cloth unwinding and a roll diameter of Max.600mm.
2.The cloth unwinding adopts the active unwinding method, which automatically unwinds according to the position of the tension roller.
3.Nose strip welding module: Contains nose strip unwinding, nose strip leveling, fixed length conveying, cutting and welding functions.
4.Fabric composite roll welding unit: using ultrasonic welding head and steel mold welding method, the roller parallelism and position can be precisely adjusted during welding, and the welding system has cooling function.
5.Earband welding unit, the earband welding of this device adopts earband type (non-head-mounted), the entire roll is fed, and after driving and tension control, it is cut to a fixed length, the earband length can be adjusted, and ultrasonic welding is used Welding is firm,
6.The equipment is equipped with printing function, the position of printing and dyeing Log can be adjusted, and the content needs to be provided by customer in advance,
7.Pulling material driving unit adopts servo motor to control the main driving roller to drive the cloth. It runs smoothly and the pressure is precisely adjustable.
8. Folding forming unit: Adjustable triangle plate is used to adjust the height and angle to ensure that the mask is centered.
9. Forming welding unit: Ultrasonic welding, firm welding, clear pattern, adjustable welding system pressure, welding system has a cooling device, and the technical parameters of the ultrasonic welding system are adjustable,
10.Forming and cutting unit: roll cutter wheel: shim wheel. Adjustable pressure, material: high speed steel.
11. Waste material separation unit, waste material falls automatically into the frame.
12. Control system: The equipment includes PLC control system and touch screen operating system.
