No1: Three layers flat design disposable kf94 mask making machines

1:One is semi-automatic line which include 1 set mask body making machine and 5 sets manually elastic ear loop welding machine.

the machine speed about 60-70 pcs/min.

One machine need about 8 person.

2:The other one is Full automatic Full automatic face mask making machine , which include 1 set mask body making machine and 2 sets automatic ear loop welding machines.

The machine speed about 100 pieces/Min.

One machine need about 3 persons.

No 2: N95 Series Stereo mask equipment

Fully automatic line include Stereo mask main body making machine and automatic forming , elastic ear loop welding machine.

Speed : 40-50 pieces/min

No 3: HigHigh speed elastic ear band disposable mask equipment

Speed: 350-400 pieces/min

Complete line include 1 set mask body making machine and 2 sets ear loop automatic welding machine.

This machine is mainly used for the automatic making of flat masks: the whole roll of fabric is driven by rollers after unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed; Bridge of nose strip whole roll traction unroll,cut to length and guide into hemmed fabric. Two sides Ultrasonic welding to the seal, then ultrasonic 2 ends sealing, cutting and shaping by a cutter; conveying the mask to the two mask ear band welding stations through an assembly line, and finally forming the mask by ultrasonic welding; when the mask is made, it is transported to the flat belt line for collection.
