automatic ear loop mask machine (1 blank mask machine+2 ear loop welding machines) is a fully automatic machine that can realize a series of process including material feeding,nose clip welding,blank mask welding/folding/cutting,ear loop welding/binding until a completely mask is finished,it’s combined with 1 blank mask machine + 2 ear loop welding machines which has greatly improved the production efficiency.

1. Produce non woven face mask blank(body) automatically from raw material roll width 180-200mm, 10-20gsm;
2. Inserting nose wire, then forming, sealing and cutting---finished mask blank;
3. The size of mask can be customized as per client.
