No2. Application of Machines

Automatic mask production line is mainly used for automatic molding of flat masks. After the entire fabric roll is unrolled, it is driven by a roller, and then the fabric is automatically folded and wrapped. The nasal bridge roll is unfolded by traction, cut and introduced into the hemming fabric, welded on both sides by ultrasonic welding to seal, and then cut and shaped by the cutter with ultrasonic side sealing; it is transported to the two mask earbands by the assembly line At the welding station, the final mask is formed by ultrasonic welding. After making the mask, transport it to a flat belt line and collect it.
